1. About the Company

The service operating under the brand name “AthenGo” (hereinafter “AthenGo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is provided by the company SKYLINE E.E., registered in Greece (AR. G.E.MI. 162602808000, VAT No. 801747722), operating legally licensed private transportation services in the Attica region and beyond.

2. Scope of Services

AthenGo provides pre-booked private transfer and tour services in Athens and the broader Attica region, including:

  • Airport transfers (Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”)
  • Port transfers (Port of Piraeus and other Attica ports)
  • Hotel and point-to-point transfers within Attica
  • Private sightseeing tours and excursions
  • Transfers to destinations outside Attica upon request (additional km charges apply)

AthenGo is the direct service provider. By completing a booking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with SKYLINE E.E.

3. Vehicle Categories & Capacity

AthenGo operates the following vehicle categories:

Standard Car

  • Up to 4 passengers
  • Up to 4 pieces of luggage (cabin bag or checked – declared at booking)
  • Minimum fare: EUR 25.00
  • Disposal per hour: EUR 30.00

Mini Van

  • Up to 6 passengers
  • Up to 6 pieces of luggage (cabin bag or checked – declared at booking)
  • Minimum fare: EUR 55.00
  • Disposal per hour: EUR 55.00

Mini Bus (10 seats)

  • Up to 10 passengers
  • Up to 10 pieces of luggage (cabin bag or checked – declared at booking)
  • Minimum fare: EUR 70.00
  • Disposal per hour: EUR 70.00

At booking, passengers are asked to declare each piece of luggage as either a cabin bag or a checked (hold) bag. This allows us to allocate the correct vehicle and ensure sufficient space. One piece of luggage is defined as a medium to large suitcase or backpack (volume not exceeding 100 litres). Special items (prams, bikes, sports equipment, pet carriers, instruments, wheelchairs) must be declared and count as luggage pieces. If you arrive with more passengers or luggage than declared and the vehicle cannot safely accommodate them, a different vehicle will be arranged at your expense.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are calculated dynamically based on the distance between pickup and drop-off points (km zones via Google Maps). Prices are displayed at the time of booking and include VAT.

Applicable surcharges:

  • Night surcharge (23:00-05:00): Standard Car +EUR 15 | Mini Van +EUR 20 | Mini Bus +EUR 25 – applied per trip
  • Destinations outside Attica: additional charge of EUR 1.40 per km beyond the Attica boundary
  • Booster / child safety seat: +EUR 10.00 per seat (must be requested at booking)

Disposal service (hourly hire): Standard Car EUR 30/hr | Mini Van EUR 55/hr | Mini Bus EUR 70/hr. Night surcharge applies to hourly hire as above. Minimum booking of 1 hour.

Payment is processed 100% online via Viva Wallet (credit/debit card) at the time of booking. No cash payments are accepted for pre-booked transfers. A payment receipt is issued via Viva Wallet before the trip commences. A full fiscal receipt or invoice is issued via Epsilon NET upon completion of the service.

5. Booking Policy

To complete a booking you must provide accurate information including: full name, email address, mobile phone number, pickup location, destination, date and time of service, number of passengers, number and type of luggage, and – for airport pickups – your flight number.

Important booking rules:

  • Bookings must be placed at least 8 hours in advance of the requested pickup time.
  • A minimum gap of 2 hours is required between consecutive bookings for the same vehicle.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
  • Driver details (name and mobile phone number) are shared with you before the scheduled pickup time.

By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation: Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email as listed on the website.

Late cancellation: Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. The full booking amount is charged.

Cancellations due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, port/airport closures) are handled on a case-by-case basis. AthenGo will make every reasonable effort to offer a full refund or rebooking.

If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to operational reasons on our part, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Waiting Time Policy

Your driver will be at the pickup location at the scheduled time. The following complimentary waiting periods apply:

  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting, starting from the actual landing time of your flight. Additional waiting beyond 60 minutes is charged at EUR 30.00 per hour (or part thereof).
  • Port pickups: 30 minutes free waiting, starting from the scheduled vessel arrival time. Additional waiting beyond 30 minutes is charged at EUR 30.00 per hour (or part thereof).
  • Hotel and other pickups: 20 minutes free waiting. No extra waiting charge applies beyond this period – the driver will be released after 20 minutes.

If you require extended waiting at an airport or port, please notify us via WhatsApp before or as close to the pickup time as possible. Extra waiting is subject to driver availability.

8. Flight & Vessel Delay Policy

For airport and port pickups, AthenGo tracks your flight or vessel in real time using the flight number or vessel name provided at booking. The complimentary waiting time begins from the actual landing / docking time, not the originally scheduled time.

If a flight or vessel is delayed by more than 8 hours beyond the original scheduled arrival, the booking is automatically cancelled and a full refund is issued.

If the flight or vessel arrives earlier than scheduled, the original pickup time remains unchanged.

For groups arriving on multiple flights, please enter the latest arriving flight in the booking form.

9. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when the passenger does not appear at the pickup location within the complimentary waiting period, without prior notification.

In the event of a no-show, no refund is issued. The driver will attempt to contact you via phone and WhatsApp during the waiting period. If contact cannot be established before the waiting period expires, the driver will be released.

10. Passenger Obligations

By using AthenGo services you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking
  • Arrive at the pickup location on time
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
  • Not smoke inside the vehicle
  • Not consume food or drinks during the transfer
  • Not board the vehicle with soiled or contaminated clothing
  • Not hinder the driver from operating the vehicle safely
  • Ensure that children travelling with you are properly secured in appropriate seats
  • Declare any pets, special equipment or oversized items at the time of booking

If you or your party cause damage to the vehicle during a transfer, you are liable for the full cost of repairs and cleaning.

11. Limitation of Liability

AthenGo and SKYLINE E.E. shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, or weather events beyond our control
  • Loss of personal belongings during a transfer
  • Missed flights, ferries, or connections due to factors outside our control
  • Force majeure events

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific transfer in question.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data provided at the time of booking (name, email, phone, payment data) is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested service, issuing legal receipts, and communicating with you regarding your booking.

Your data is not shared with third parties except as required to fulfil the service (e.g., passing your name and phone number to the assigned driver) or as required by Greek law.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the website. Data processing is governed by GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

13. Modifications to Terms

AthenGo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective from the date of publication on the website. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the use of AthenGo services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
